I trained at Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and am a member of the UKCP and BACP. I work as an Integrative Psychotherapist, applying the approach that best fits each individual person. I draw from the Transpersonal, Person Centred, Gestalt, Existential and Psychodynamic modalities.
I believe psychotherapy provides the opportunity to connect with your Inner-Spirit through a process of reflection and self-exploration. I have a heart-centred approach to therapy and provide a warm, safe environment essential for this process to unfold.
I have worked with a variety of issues including: Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, Depression, Abuse, Neglect, Personality Disorders, Low self-esteem, Shame, Cultural issues, Relationships issues, and particularly Existential Crisis with the struggle to find meaning and purpose.
Therapy sessions provide the time and space for you to have honest conversation without judgement, to put down the mask you show the world and be yourself, no more hiding or pretending. By committing to therapy you take time to nurture your relationship with yourself. This journey will enable you to develop a deeper insight on what is happening in your life, how you got to here and what you want to change so you can feel alive again. By living your life more authentically you can re-connect with your innate sense of joy, compassion, contentment, purpose, truth and all the qualities that make up your unique Soul Nature.
Sometimes when it seems like things are falling apart they can be falling into place. Therapy can be the first step to beginning the change that is being called upon from deep within.
By taking a Body, Mind and Soul approach to therapy I can provide a space where your journey can unfold with greater clarity and support.
Sessions cost £80
