I am an experienced and fully qualified practitioner working in South West London. I provide Psychotherapy and Counselling for adults. My aim as a therapist is to help you work though painful or confusing experiences, address your fears and to encourage you to become more emotionally robust- all in a safe, confidential and therapeutic environment. I believe in self compassion, self confidence and our human essence.
I can help with anxiety, addiction, addiction support for family members, abuse, depression, eating disorders, stress relationships, bereavement and traumatic events, including PTSD.
I trained at Regent's University in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology and I also incorporate Mindfulness in my practice. I work part time as a therapist for the NHS and as an assessor for a private clinic. I have a private practice in Fulham (www.therapydia.co.uk) and I am a fully registered member of the BACP.
My therapy services are also underpinned by my corporate and entrepreneurial experience. In 2002 I created an Interior Design company and running a creative enterprise has deepened my understanding of managing stress, finding balance and working with interpersonal issues.
Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £80.
Concessions are available for students.
